   ZUMBA:  Get your heart rate up with nonstop Zumba.  Class with incorporate rhythms of merengue, salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, salsa and hip hop.

ZUMBA COMBO:  Zumba Combo is a combination of Zumba Toning, Zumba Sentao, and Zumba Step.

  ZUMBA GOLD: Classes consist of the 4 basic rhythms: merengue, salsa, cumbia, and reggaeton.  Great for active older adults or beginners.

  ZUMBA TONING:  Classes will use maraca- like Zumba Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the target zones.

ZUMBA SENTAO:  Grab a chair, feel the beat and learn how to use your own body weight to enhance muscle strength, improve definition and endurance, and tone your physique.

 ZUMBA STEP:  This is not your traditional step class.  Keep the party going by combining the cardio intensity of a step class with the dance rhythms of Zumba!

 BOOTY BOOTCAMP:  A variety of toning exercises that will increase your heart rate up while building strength and endurance in 45 minutes.  Be prepared for squats, lunges, push-ups, planks, burpees and various other exercises.

ZUMBA KIDS (for kids!) 
ZUMBA FOR KIDS ! Kids love to crank up the music, shake, wiggle and have a blast with their friends. So why not get fit while they’re at it? Grades K-4 recommended.






Line Dancing:  Get your steps in by learning easy choreography to some country and hip-hop.

Mommy & Me: Spend some quality time with your child learning simple child friendly dance choreography.  Classes recommended for children 4 and up.

Just Stretch:  Enjoy a relaxing stretch designed to prevent aches and injuries.
